Ashley rejoined the Avenue team in 2018, after moving to Washington State for 5 years. Ashley is a Southwest Florida native graduating from North Port High School. Her creativity lead her to attend Cosmetology School at Sarasota Technical College in Sarasota, Fl. She is excited to let the creativity flow behind her chair. She loves all the possibilities that come with doing hair. She especially loves the reaction of her guests when she transforms their new look. Color defines the look so she loves the transformation it can make on her guest. Education is important to Ashley and she takes every opportunity to attend classes, enabling her to stay current with the latest techniques. Ashley is an educator for the salon company and enjoys helping others grow by sharing her knowledge & skills. When Ashley is not making her guests beautiful she enjoys spending time with her son, family and friends. She is eager to meet you and create your new look.

Kelley continues to study with such companies as REDKEN, DEVA and Pureology. In addition to taking care of her guests needs, as a stylist educator & manager for the salon company, Kelley is passionate about helping others grow & sharing her knowledge & expertise with the stylist team. Kelley is proud to offer a celebrity experience, ensuring her guests feel & look their best after every visit!

Briana Kaufman

Salon Advisor

Briana is a Florida native who joined the Avenue team in April 2019. Briana is currently attending cosmetology school in Sarasota and hopes to become a well-rounded stylist in the near future! Her favorite thing about the hair industry is how versatile the career opportunities are. If she’s not at school or in the salon, you may find her at the beach or in a movie theater. She is excited to learn more about the industry and how to improve the guest experience at Avenue Hair Design!

Bailey Pearce

I joined Avenue in May 2018, my first job, and what a wonderful place to start. Not only do I work with amazing, empowering women, but they teach me so many things, they are truly a family . I have a place to express myself while showing others they can too. I am currently attending state college of Florida to complete my Bachelor’s degree in international business. Working with people has always been something I enjoy, I especially like being a salon advisor at Avenue because I see amazing transformations and I see more than the pictures that get posted, I get to see the genuine reactions when people see their new hair, and it is amazing.

Deanna is a New England gal at heart but loves the Florida Sun. Deanna graduated cosmetology school at Suncoast Technical College in June 2019. She says her favorite thing about the industry is making her clients day and seeing their smile. In her off time you might catch her at a concert with her friends or cruises to anywhere with her family.

Gina

Associate Stylist

Gina began her career in the Salon and Spa industry in 1996, interning at a small hair salon in Annapolis Maryland. Her dream was to become a Dual licensed Massage Therapist and Cosmetologist. After graduating The basic Massage Program at Anne Arundel Community College, and the full program at Baltimore School of Massage Therapy in 2000, she went on as an LMT to work for the largest DaySpa and Salon on the East Coast. During her years working for Robert Andrew The Salon and Spa, she found herself desperately wanting to go back to school for Cosmetology. She had been doing friends and families hair for weddings, proms and homecomings for years, and every stylist friend she had told her she needed to change careers and do what she loved to do most. After leaving the Salon industry and running her own Massage Therapy practice in Maryland for over 5 years, she decided to make the big move to Florida, so she could finally afford the tuition needed for Cosmetology school. The dream she had growing up to become a Licensed Cosmetologist was something she wouldn’t let herself give up on, and in 2018 she graduated from Charlotte Technical College and became a Licensed Cosmetologist. Avenue Hair Design now has another passionate stylist on their team, and her primary goal is to make your hair dreams turn into a reality!

Miranda is a level one stylist at Avenue Hair Design and joined the team in December 2018. Miranda is dedicated to education and staying on top of the latest trends, attending multiple classes since completing her cosmetology training at Charlotte technical college in 2017. These classes include: REDKEN color emergency , balayage, and a root smudge course to help her better serve her clients with a new and improved techniques. In addition, my role as Salon Advisor Manager gives me the opportunity to develop & improve the overall customer experience at our salon company. Courtney joined Avenue Hair Design after graduating from Fashion Focus Hair Academy in Sarasota, Fl. She is a native of the Venice, which sometimes is hard to find. Courtney loves doing all phases of color, with a special emphasis on Balayage and Babylites. If you are looking for adding thickness or length, talk to Courtney about Hair Extensions.
