Right to Refuse Service:
Avenue Hair Design reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any of our employees or guests
- Service cost varies within the price range shown depending on the level of the stylist.
- Prices are subject to change & may vary based on specific requirements.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time.
- Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your stylist may not have time to complete all the services. However, as the time has been blocked for you, the full amount of the services booked will be charged.
- Our stylist’s time is blocked out based on the services you book. Should you decide to forego any of the services on the day, the amount of the original services booked will still be due.
- Cash payments are accepted, however we do not operate a change drawer.
- Due to limited seating, and to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and staff, accompanying friends and family cannot be accommodated, this includes children, so please come to your appointment alone. Only the person receiving the service is permitted on the salon floor.
- We do not accommodate children. All haircut guests must be at least 14 years old, and color guests at least 16 years old.

- To help ensure a relaxing guest experience for everyone, all phones should be switched to vibrate mode. We ask that guests refrain from using audio communication ( such as Facetime) and mute any videos or music on streaming devices.
- Complimentary beverages are available and guests are welcome to bring in cold snacks, however no hot food/take out/delivery is permitted inside the salon.
New Guests:
For the protection of our stylists livelihood, we require a credit card on file for your scheduled services. Please review our cancellation and reschedule policy.
Clothing Policy:
- Our salon will take all precautions to minimize the risk of color stains on clothing during the appointment.
- Guests are responsible for their own clothing choices during the color appointment.
- While we provide capes for protection, guests understand and accept that accidents may still occur despite our best efforts. Avenue hair Design is not responsible for any stained clothing or belongings.
- Guests are advised to inform their stylists if they have any concerns regarding the potential for color stains on their clothing or if they require any additional measures to protect their garments.
Cancellation policies apply to all appointments as follows:
- Hair extension services – 1 week.
- All color services, with the exception of single process/root color services. This includes, but is not limited to color corrections, platinum cards, Airtouch, balayage and foiling services - 72 hours
- Kerasilk smoothing treatments – 72 hours
- Mizani AirCut & Deva Transformation services - 72 hours
- Root/single process color services. Haircut and style services - Brow services, waxing & lash fills- 24 hours
- For cancellations or reschedules outside of our policy, 50% of the total cost of the service will be charged to the credit card on file.
- In the event of a no show, or a cancellation / reschedule request within 6 business hours of the scheduled appointment time, the full service price will be charged to the card on file.
- Please note, we do not accept cancellations via our automatic text confirmation system. Please call us to cancel or reschedule.
- Deposits are required for certain services. All deposits are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
Refunds & exchanges:
- Unopened & unused retail products may be exchanged with 7 days of purchase.
- Should you experience any issues following your service, please contact us within 7 days and we will be happy to arrange a consultation to determine whether any complimentary corrective services are required.
- No refunds will be given on either products or services
